Job Summary
Manage daily construction, administrative, and technical operations for renewable energy efficiency projects serving public, institutional, and commercial clients. Direct site supervisors to ensure quality control, on-time delivery, and budget adherence while reviewing subcontractor bids and monitoring critical path activities. Assist senior leadership with project accounting, budgeting, schedule tracking, and vendor management to maintain compliance with financial policies and safety standards. Provide detailed two-week look schedules to facilitate customer coordination and manage project expenditures through monthly forecasting. Travel as required for site visits and client interactions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of five years of construction project management experience
- Ability to review confidential US security information
- Valid Drivers' License in good standing, issued by resident state
- Travel as required
- Proven experience with OSHA safety standards, mechanical and electrical systems development, engineering, and project management regulations, practices, and codes
Desired Qualifications
- Completion or progress toward engineering, technical, or industry-related education
- Demonstrated work experience with several of the following energy efficiency disciplines - direct digital energy controls systems, variable frequency drives, high efficiency motors, central plant chiller and boiler installations, lighting retrofits, renewable energy technology, warranty and service requirements
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and foster positive business relationships
- Strong verbal, written, computer, technical communication and presentation skills
- Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Project
