Job Summary
Construction Project Manager for ALDI's National Real Estate team, overseeing store construction projects from permitting through completion, managing budgets, schedules, bids, and field changes; recruits and coordinates contractors, ensures compliance with codes and specifications, communicates with vendors, consultants, and authorities, and develops cost-saving strategies while working in ALDI's Hybrid Work Program (remote up to 3 days/week with in-office requirement). Must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of progressive PM/retail construction experience, plus a valid driver's license and travel up to 75%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering and retail operations
- A valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
- Ability to travel locally up to 75%
