Construction Project Manager

Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure safe, on-time execution of EPC/construction projects. Lead planning, scheduling, estimating, cost development, and staffing; manage contracts, subcontracts, and change orders; build and maintain client relationships; supervise field staff and multiple disciplines; supervise risk reviews, permit acquisition, procurement, and documentation turnover; ensure quality, safety, and compliance with GAAP and company policies; mentor interns and junior staff; coordinate with engineering for deliverables and with commissioning/startup teams for project handover.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field and 7 years relevant project management experience in the construction industry
- Applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement

- Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years relevant project management experience in the construction industry
- Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control and project management software is preferred
