Construction Project Manager

Job Summary
Oversee construction projects from budgeting through closeout for Agree Realty, coordinating planning, design reviews, permitting, scheduling, cost control, and turnover. Lead communications with developers, architects, engineers, and contractors; manage budgets, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and documentation; track milestones and ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery. Collaborate with development teams, tenants, and property management for successful project handoffs. Requires a BS in Construction or Engineering and 3-5 years of construction/engineering experience; strong leadership, organization, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Project. Reports to the Senior VP of Development & Construction.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Construction, Engineering, or related field
- Three to five years of Construction/Engineering experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Project
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to multi-task multiple projects in different phases
- Strong analytical skills
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Construction or Engineering related certifications preferred
