Job Summary
Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality expectations. Coordinate project activities and resources, including scheduling and material procurement, while utilizing construction management software for tracking and reporting. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, verify workmanship, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Prepare, review, and manage contracts, collaborate with architects and engineers to interpret blueprints, and facilitate communication between stakeholders to address scope changes. Maintain detailed project documentation and manage schedules using Procore. Prior field experience on construction sites is essential, with a preference for Oil and Gas, Mining, Municipalities, or Tribal projects. Valid GF09, GS08 license and/or PMP preferred. Full-time role with required travel.

- Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Solid understanding of construction contracts and project coordination processes
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage on-site teams effectively
