Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in commercial or ag-related construction
- Strong understanding of concrete, structural steel, pre-engineered buildings, mechanical systems, and sitework
- Proficient with project management platforms (Buildertrend, Procore, or equivalent)
- Tech-savvy mindset
- Skilled in job costing, estimating, scheduling, and field productivity tracking
- Natural leadership with the ability to motivate crews and manage subs
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Desired Qualifications
- PMP certification or construction management degree
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
