Job Summary
Oversee multi-million-dollar federal government construction projects from planning through close-out, including coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, ensuring quality control, and managing financial oversight. Drive safety plans, prequalify bids, create logistics/phasing plans, track RFIs/changes, review invoices, and mentor junior staff while interacting with owners, engineers, and architects. Requires Primavera P6 experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel for project needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering (civil/structural), or related; Building Construction preferred
- Minimum 5 years' construction experience
- Proficient in project management duties
- Experience in architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical aspects
- Financial accounting knowledge
- Strong communication, writing, conflict resolution, organizational skills
- Willingness to travel
