Job Summary
Oversees project coordination from bid through closeout, analyzes drawings and specifications, develops schedules, procures materials, communicates with owners and consulting engineers to create comprehensive bids, performs accurate take-offs, collects current pricing from vendors, ensures all materials have POs and necessary paperwork (change orders, RFIs, shop drawings) are completed, conducts site visits to align Foreman and crew with owner expectations, finalizes contracts and warranties, documents substantial and final completion dates, and supports the Foreman with scheduling and maintaining a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- At least two years related experience
- Valid driver's license
