Job Summary
Construction Project Manager 2 oversees design and construction projects with responsibilities including planning, budgeting, and oversight of design, construction and occupancy while meeting regulatory standards; leads multiple projects within scope, quality, time, and cost to deliver specified requirements and customer satisfaction; collaborates with internal and external stakeholders; reviews proposed projects with the Manager to ensure alignment with organizational strategic plans; actively participates in departmental initiatives and process improvements; requires a Bachelor’s degree in related fields and 2-4 years of experience; preferred PMP certification and licensure for architect or engineer; onsite location at La Crosse, WI Main Campus; 1.0 FTE, days; comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities; mission-driven organization emphasizing Love + Medicine.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, facilities management, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in progressively responsible work in design and construction project management
- Licensed Architect or Engineer, Preferred PMP Certification
