Job Summary
Support several Project Managers on day-to-day construction project management, splitting time between office and field. Prepare materials for project kickoff meetings, conduct safety and quality audits, and document site observation reports. Manage punchlist tracking, assist in creating project schedules, and handle inventory and inspections as materials arrive. Utilize Procore and Bluebeam software for on-screen takeoffs, submittal, and RFI processes, while preparing project closeout binders and learning CSI divisions.
Required Qualifications
- Junior or senior standing in a Bachelor's program
- Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status
- We are only considering local candidates at this time

- Must be able to lift up to about 20 pounds
- Must be willing to visit active jobsites
- Must be willing to work outdoors in changing weather
- Must be willing to walk on uneven ground
- Must be willing to step into areas with dust or noise
- Must be willing to sit for stretches of time during meetings or travel
- Must be willing to move light materials or equipment
- Must be willing to type and write
- Must be willing to collaborate with teammates
- Must be willing to work on a computer
- Must be willing to conduct safety and quality audits
- Must be willing to document site observation reports
- Must be willing to manage punchlist tracking and monitoring
- Must be willing to assist in creating project schedules and adjusting them as needed
- Must be willing to prepare project closeout binder templates
- Must be willing to gain an understanding of CSI divisions and scopes of work
- Must be willing to learn the roles and responsibilities of construction site teams
- Must be willing to contribute to project closeout and other tasks as assigned
- Must be willing to split time between both office and field
- Must be willing to prepare materials for project kickoff meetings
- Must be willing to participate in on-screen takeoffs for proposals and pricing
- Must be willing to assist with submittal and RFI processes
- Must be willing to handle inventory and inspections as materials arrive to site
- Must be willing to support several Project Managers and assist in the day-to-day management of construction projects

- Must have passion for construction and eagerness to learn
- Must be a Construction Management, Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering major
Desired Qualifications
- Apple product knowledge is a plus
- A spirit of curiosity, passion for learning, and a willingness to go the extra mile
- Previous internship or hands-on construction experience
- Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software
- Demonstrated leadership in school, community, or work settings
