Construction Project Management Coordinator

Job Summary
Manage designated construction projects across the property by conducting field measurements, creating design layouts, and preparing estimating schedules. Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and vendors to execute projects while obtaining bid documents and soliciting proposals. Develop preliminary concept designs and color presentations, then ensure all work adheres to OSHA safety requirements and internal controls. Obtain project closeout documents and integrate them into Building Master files. Work irregular hours including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays. This role supports the casino's facilities maintenance mission, requiring BIM, AutoCAD, and Revit proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of related work experience or 2 years of related post-secondary education
- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and/or SketchUp
- Work experience and/or successful completion of formal training in AutoCAD and Revit
- The ability to use standard office equipment and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- The ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information
- The ability to interact with stakeholders of all levels and understand the interests of multiple stakeholders and how those interests relate to PCH and its goals
- The ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- The ability to operate a personal computer
- The ability to lift or move objects up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Specific vision abilities including close vision, color vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
