Job Summary
Owns the management of time, money, and people for multiple construction projects to ensure organizational needs are met; Oversees project plans and contractor performance. Manages multiple construction projects and cooperates with in-house service partners; reviews and evaluates construction workflow processes and makes appropriate adjustments to meet quality standards and clients' requirements. Develops project plans with architects/consultants, sets schedules, allocates resources, and determines material orders while maintaining cost controls and approved spending. Manages contractors, supply vendors, and consultants within contract terms to keep projects on time and within budget.
Required Qualifications
- Qualifications include university/college degree; 5+ years of industry-relevant experience; certifications often required
