Construction Project Lead / Experienced Senior, Program Management

Lead residential construction projects from ideation to completion by defining scopes, preparing plans (workflows, detailed schedules, procedures), and coordinating with general contractors and clients. Manage contracts, anticipate plan adjustments, monitor budgets and timelines, and provide regular project status updates. Requires knowledge of residential construction, schedule management, vendor management, and familiarity with Green Building Standards; Xactimate experience is preferred.
