Job Summary

Support Construction Project Managers by maintaining budgets, schedules, and project workflows to ensure successful delivery. Coordinate vendors, site inspectors, foremen, supervisors, and subcontractors to align project requirements with timelines and budgets. Liaise with management and clients to define project scopes, assign tasks, and monitor progress updates while communicating schedule changes to stakeholders. Maintain oversight of budgetary and database information, prepare reports for stakeholder review, and manage compliance, quality control, and assurance standards. Collect and analyze operational and financial data to support status reporting, cycle time tracking, and risk identification. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to deliver projects efficiently while meeting customer expectations within the organization's engineering and construction services.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and work in an office or field environment for extended periods
  • Ability to work in outdoor conditions and active construction environments as needed
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in telecommunications engineering or construction in field or office environments
  • Experience supporting construction project management, scheduling, budgeting, and vendor coordination
  • Experience in telecommunications construction management or utility infrastructure projects
  • Familiarity with project lifecycle reporting, compliance management, and stakeholder coordination
  • Familiarity with GIS systems and project management software
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing schedules and workflow priorities
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • High aptitude for learning new systems, processes, and databases
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and PDF editing
