Construction Project Estimator (Indianapolis, IN)

Interpret contract drawings and specifications, then perform quantity takeoffs based on updated drawings and field conditions. Review RFIs, bulletins, and field directives to identify scope changes, and develop scopes of work for change orders covering labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor requirements. Support change order pricing using labor units and historical data, while coordinating with field teams to validate installation methods and production rates. Track and document change events from identification through resolution, maintain an up-to-date change order log, and prepare cost backup for submissions. Assist in identifying schedule impacts and support time-and-material tracking. This role requires close coordination with project management, field supervision, subcontractors, and clients to ensure all scope changes are captured and aligned with project goals.
