Job Summary

PECD program role: Construction Project Engineer responsible for scheduling and production rate tracking, estimating, budget preparation and project cost control, safety management, quality control, business development and client relations, and field resource management. The position emphasizes in-field learning and development toward leadership in project management, estimating, construction management, and related paths, with an emphasis on collaboration, time management, deadlines, and safety. The team operates across local Salt Lake City projects and out-of-state assignments (50-75% travel) within the Rocky Mountain Division, serving Commercial/Public, Water/Wastewater, Transportation, Industrial, and Power markets. Minimum qualifications include a related Bachelor's degree, GPA 2.8+, internship experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and reliable transportation. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
  • GPA 2.8 or higher
