Job Summary
Project Engineer for the Sports & Entertainment Market in the Carolinas region. Lead technical and coordination activities on high-profile construction projects; act as liaison with architects, engineers, and owners; support Superintendents with performance tracking, scheduling, and site logistics; develop and maintain project documentation including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and turnover packages; contribute to plan reviews, safety culture, and cross-functional collaboration with design partners and trade contractors. Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, 1–5 years of construction experience, strong organization and communication skills, OSHA 30 preferred, and willingness to travel across NC, SC, and GA; VDC/BIM experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 1–5 years of professional experience in construction or a related industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage documentation and follow established processes
- Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- VDC/BIM experience is a plus
- Willingness and ability to travel and work on projects throughout NC, SC, and GA
