Job Summary
Manage RFIs, submittals, change documentation, and project logs to keep everything on track. Assist in maintaining and updating project schedules, ensuring smooth workflow. Work alongside the Project Manager to resolve challenges efficiently. Attend project meetings, document key discussions, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders. Support punch lists, warranty management, closeout document management, and ensure successful project completion. Requires a 4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture. Required Qualifications
- 4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture or equivalent applicable work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Understanding of construction processes and documentation
