Job Summary
Support project budgets, estimates, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor coordination while assisting with documentation, meetings, quality control, safety, and issue resolution. Monitor costs, forecast project performance, and aid in closeout activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Build strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams. This entry-level role works closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to gain hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle. Located in Hobart, IN, the position requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, with 0–5 years of construction experience preferred.
