Construction Project Engineer

Manage project documentation to ensure construction proceeds on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards. Develop comprehensive working knowledge of contract documents, plans, and specifications while acting as a liaison with architects, subcontractors, and inspectors. Oversee contract drawings, manage submittals and shop drawings, and negotiate change orders with independent analysis. Assist with budget management, procurement scheduling, and trade scope of work development. Coordinate subcontractor meetings and prepare final close-out records including RFIs, as-builts, and operations manuals.
