Job Summary
We are seeking a Sustainability Construction Project Engineer with K-14 experience to join our team at CB Management Group, Inc. This role involves managing on-site construction activities, subcontractors, and personnel to deliver projects on schedule and on budget. Responsibilities include coordinating testing and inspections, implementing project schedules, cost estimating, and providing administrative support to Project Managers.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of program/project & construction management experience
- 4 year degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field
- Experience with education sector clients
- Self-directed and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with limited supervision
- Effective organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Must possess a valid California's driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be comfortable regularly visiting construction work sites
- Ability to work in Sonoma County
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Sustainability Practices in Construction & Design/"Green" Building
- Knowledge of LEED and LEED Certification Processes
- Computer skills; Primavera P6 & Procore preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and shift focus quickly
