Job Summary
Lead the development of real estate projects from initial planning through closeout, defining execution strategies and coordinating technical teams and contractors. Manage contracts, tendering processes, and vendor management while controlling budgets, cash flow, and physical progress. Monitor schedule, quality, safety, and risk, anticipating deviations and proposing solutions through Value Engineering initiatives. Ensure compliance with technical, contractual, and regulatory standards while leading project handover and commissioning. Represent the owner's interests in negotiation and contract award decisions to maximize investment value.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Engineering, Project Management, or related fields
- Proven experience as a Project Director, Senior Project Manager, or similar positions leading large-scale construction projects
- Strong knowledge of the complete project lifecycle: planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout
- Experience in preparing and monitoring Project Execution Plans (PEP), master schedules, budgets, risk management, and procurement plans
- Ability to lead tendering processes, proposal evaluation, negotiation, and contract award
- Experience managing contractors, consultants, architects, and engineers, ensuring effective coordination among all parties involved
- Knowledge of contract administration, change control, claims, warranties, insurance, and contractual compliance
- Ability to control budgets, cash flow, physical progress, and project deviations
- Experience working with document management, construction control, RFIs, submittals, drawings, and technical documentation tools
