Job Summary
Temporary Construction Project Coordinator to support Store Development & Construction in European retail projects across EMEA, coordinating multiple store openings, refits, and closures; manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships; ensure design standards and brand image; collaborate with architects, contractors, and internal teams; utilize MS Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and project management software; requires 3+ years of experience in multi-site retail construction; strong communication, organizational, and negotiation abilities; based in Stabio, Switzerland.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant successful experience in a similar role in a multi-site retail operation building high quality retail stores
- Experience in apparel is a plus
- MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Project) proficiency
- AutoCAD knowledge
- Experience dealing with 3rd party resources (contractors, vendors)
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
