Job Summary
Coordinate construction projects from planning to closeout; develop and maintain detailed project schedules; collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to collect important project details (blueprints, schematics, and construction documents) and coordinate on project tasks and timelines; organize, update, and maintain project documentation such as drawings, contracts, and change orders; support project estimation by performing take-offs and cost estimations for materials and labor; perform site visits and inspections as needed to ensure quality, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction; manage material ordering and ensure timely delivery of components; monitor the progress of ongoing projects and resolve issues as they arise; maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure expectations are met; track project timelines and budgets, assist in risk management, and support financial reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project coordination, or similar role.
- Strong ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications.
- Previous experience in an architectural metals or a similar fabricated construction product setting is ideal.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and construction-specific software (Bluebeam, Procore, etc.) is beneficial.
- A strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
