Job Summary
Manage all financial aspects of assigned construction, remodeling, restoration, and roofing projects, including budgeting, cost tracking, billing, and reporting. Prepare job set-up and close-outs, review project budgets and forecasts, and track costs, commitments, and change orders to ensure accurate financial reporting. Process billings, monitor accounts receivable, and reconcile project costs monthly while maintaining records of contracts and change orders. Provide detailed financial analysis for management and ensure compliance with GAAP standards and company policies. Collaborate with project managers, operations, and finance teams to support process improvements and automation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project accounting, preferably in construction, restoration, or related industries
- Strong understanding of job cost accounting and project financial management principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software applications
- Experience with AIA pay applications
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments

- Analytical Thinking – Evaluates complex financial information to provide actionable insights

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
