Job Summary
Construction Program Manager at Scientific Games responsible for construction management execution across worldwide business units. Responsibilities include reviewing RFPs, budgeting and requirements generation for facility-related items, coordinating sourcing, design, planning, and construction of owned or leased facilities, and managing the real estate portfolio to support capital projects and master planning. Must understand regulations (MUSL, NEC, NFPA, ADA, OSHA) and develop total facility packages from concept to execution, including vision, layout, power and infrastructure requirements; translate requirements to vendors and contractors; manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, and contract compliance; travel to construction sites; provide bi-weekly/quarterly updates to the Director of Real Estate & Facilities; approve change orders and invoices; ensure delivery from cradle to grave of projects. Emphasis on leadership, coordination of internal/external stakeholders, and adherence to regulatory constraints to drive project success.
Required Qualifications
- Seven (5)+ years of facilities design and buildout management with multi-faceted disciplines (real estate, construction, legal, procurement, master planning and compliance)
- Ability to travel and work in construction environments or from a field office or hotel
- Demonstrated portfolio of previous projects and real estate lease or deal experience
- Bachelor’s degree in structural, mechanical, electrical or civil engineering preferred
- Advanced degree in business or related experience dealing with profit and loss of projects or business operations
- Multi-lingual in Spanish, Portuguese or other languages
