Job Summary
Senior Program Manager for modular healthcare/institutional construction projects, overseeing planning through closeout in a fast-paced design-build and prefabrication environment. Responsibilities include leading multiple modular healthcare and institutional builds, driving execution across preconstruction, estimating support, procurement, manufacturing coordination, and field operations; overseeing subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders; coordinating schedules, manufacturing timelines, logistics, and installation sequencing; reviewing drawings and contracts; managing financials, forecasting, cost tracking, and operational reporting; interfacing with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and leadership to resolve challenges; supporting estimating and preconstruction activities; collaborating with operations and executive leadership to improve delivery processes and scalability; ensuring strong communication, accountability, and execution across office, manufacturing, and field teams.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience managing large-scale commercial, healthcare, or institutional construction projects
- Experience operating in a senior-level project management, program management, or hybrid PM/preconstruction role
- Modular, prefabricated, or manufacturing-integrated construction experience strongly preferred
- Healthcare construction experience preferred, though comparable complex project experience will be considered
- Demonstrated experience owning projects from preconstruction through final delivery
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling, estimating, budgeting, contracts, and project execution workflows
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Stable career history required; candidates with frequent short-term moves may not align with the long-term nature of this role
