Job Summary
Entry-level role on the production line building manufactured housing. Responsibilities include performing manual labor on the line, reading blueprints and orders, using a tape measure, and operating hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools. Requires strong work ethic, ability to work quickly and methodically, adherence to safety procedures, good teamwork, and the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds regularly and more than 100 pounds occasionally. The role supports Champion Home Builders’ Equal Opportunity and E-Verify programs; background check and drug screen are required. Weekly pay, competitive wages and benefits. Preferred but not required: previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing.

- Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
