Job Summary
Coordinate construction production on historic roofing projects by assisting in planning and scheduling commercial and residential roofing/restoration work, supporting the Production Manager with crew scheduling, and leading field teams to ensure quality and safety. Help manage job progress, timelines, and customer expectations while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and site professionalism. Requires roofing/masonry knowledge and some leadership experience; offers hands-on training and a path to advance to Production Manager. Training is provided in-house with opportunities for bonuses, PTO/holidays, and a 401(k) plan.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening
- Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience/knowledge in roofing and masonry preferred
- Some leadership or foreman/assistant-level management experience preferred
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar)
- Good communication skills with team members and customers
