Job Summary
Supervise journeyman plumbers and helpers while installing and repairing pipes, fittings, and fixtures for heating, water, and drainage systems according to specifications and codes. Analyze building plans and working drawings to determine installation sequences and provide input on plumbing plans before overseeing their implementation and maintenance. Troubleshoot systematic issues with effective solutions and maintain professional communication in a commercial setting. Requires five years of related experience, high school diploma or equivalent, and supervisory capability. Full-time role with comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, plus 401(k) match and free trade training through Lee Company University.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Five years related experience and/or training
- Supervisory experience
- Ability to troubleshoot issues with systematic, thoughtful, timely and effective solutions and procedures
- Demonstrate proper and safe use of tools and related equipment
- Experience in providing quality, professional customer related services
- Ability to work and communicate effectively individually as well as in a team environment
- Ability to handle disruptions in stride with professionalism
- Ability to work independently in a commercial setting
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- At the time of hire, employees will be required to provide proof of employment eligibility
