Job Summary
Develop project schedules using Gantt and PERT charts, prepare baseline programmes and milestone schedules, and monitor progress against approved plans. Identify delays, risks, and schedule deviations while preparing dashboards, histograms, and planning reports. Coordinate planning input from project teams and contractors, support tender programmes, and provide resource forecasting and schedule updates for large-scale infrastructure projects. Requires 5–10 years of planning experience with Primavera, Candy, or MS Projects proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Grade 12
- Primavera, Candy, or MS Projects experience
- 5–10 years' planning experience
- Experience in construction, civils, electrical, or infrastructure projects
- Strong scheduling and project controls knowledge
- Good reporting, communication, and analytical skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
