Job Summary
Own War Room dashboards and reporting tools to ensure real-time visibility into critical KPIs, risks, and bottlenecks across Supply Chain, Commercial, Operations, and Finance. Consolidate inputs from multiple departments into a single source of truth to support rapid decision-making and generate daily executive summaries highlighting deviations and root causes. Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and advanced analytics solutions for forecasting and supply chain optimization while continuously improving data pipelines and automation. Standardize reporting to ensure metric consistency and translate complex data into actionable insights for leaders in Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Finance.
Required Qualifications
- required experience in the construction materials industry, including cement, aggregates, or ready-mix concrete
- proven ability to develop dashboards, reporting solutions, and data-driven insights that support operational and strategic decision-making
- Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and data modeling
- Experience with SAP, ERP systems, data warehousing, and analytics automation
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field
- Strong proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and data modeling
- Experience with SQL, Python, or similar tools for data analysis and automation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
- Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of SAP data structures, modules, or reporting environments
- Understanding of ERP driven business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, HR)
- Knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL concepts
- Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills
