Construction Paralegal supports contract management and project operations for large-scale solar EPC projects; Drafts/reviews EPC, subcontract, engineering, and vendor agreements; tracks changes, exhibits, and deadlines; supports licensing, compliance, and dispute avoidance; collaborates with leadership and project teams; requires 5+ years construction paralegal experience and EPC contracting knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of construction paralegal experience
- Paralegal certificate or bachelor’s degree in legal studies or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of EPC contracting structures and construction risk management
- Experience supporting multi-state operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic signatures (e.g. Docusign)
