Job Summary
Construction Onsite Superintendent overseeing commercial renovation projects; responsibilities include managing site foreman and subcontractors, budgeting and proposals, project scheduling, client negotiations, permits, and ensuring compliance with safety codes; requires 5+ years construction management, interior finish experience (wall finishes, painting, flooring, millwork, electrical), ability to work after hours and on weekends, strong MS Office and blueprints skills, OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 preferred), high school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred but not required).
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Construction Management experience (5 years minimum)
- Commercial Interior project experience
- OSHA 10 required, OSHA 30 preferred
- Proficient reading and understanding blueprints and drawings
- MS Office proficiency and ability to learn construction software
- Reliable transportation and flexible work hours (after hours and weekends)
- Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds
- New Hire drug screen required
- Background check
- Degree preferred but not required, Construction Management Degree a plus
