Job Summary
Construction Office/Accounting Manager role in a small, growing general contracting firm based in Fort Lauderdale. You’ll own the office and accounting functions across 3–6 active projects, using QuickBooks Enterprise and Procore. This in-office, full-time position offers flexible start/end times, a path to become General Manager or Controller, and requires local, reliable leadership to keep operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is experienced in office management and construction accounting, self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a multi-project environment. Located near Fort Lauderdale (East Oakland Park Blvd) with a daily in-person schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management and accounting
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Enterprise
- Procore experience
- Comfortable running the full office and accounting function independently
- Strong organizational skills and a self-starter mindset
