Job Summary
Part-time Construction Observer to monitor infrastructure projects in Harlingen, TX and the Rio Grande Valley. Responsibilities include representing the owner, interpreting plans and contract documents, preparing daily field reports, collecting field measurements, supporting pay quantities and QA/QC, coordinating with project teams and stakeholders, and promoting jobsite safety. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and ability to read construction plans; 2–5 years of construction observation/contract administration experience preferred and an active driver’s license. Possibility for expanded opportunities based on project needs.
