Job Summary
Construction Monitor responsible for observing construction activities to verify compliance with plans, specifications, and contract documents; identify defects and create detailed daily reports; collaborate with a team to ensure project success; travel to construction sites and work with clients to provide exceptional service. Requires 1–3 years of inspection/construction monitoring experience with QA observation in exterior walls or roofing and technical expertise in exterior wall or roofing systems; RRO or REWO preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of inspection and construction monitoring experience.
- QA observation experience in exterior walls or roofing for at least two cumulative years.
- Technical expertise in exterior wall or roofing systems (e.g., waterproofing, siding, stucco, roofing materials).
Desired Qualifications
- RRO or REWO preferred.
