Job Summary
Construction Monitor sought by a multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm to observe construction activities, verify compliance with contract documents and specifications, identify installation defects, and produce daily reports. The role involves working as part of a team, taking responsibility for project delivery through to completion, and traveling to construction sites to coordinate with clients and ensure high-quality service. Key duties include observing construction activities, identifying defects, producing daily reports, and contributing to project success. Required qualifications include 1-3 years of inspection and construction monitoring experience, 2-4 year college-level education in architecture, civil engineering, or related field (a plus), experience with building envelope components (roofing, waterproofing, stucco, siding, windows, sealants), and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of inspection and construction monitoring experience
- 2 to 4-year college level education (degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a similar field a plus)
- Experience in multi-family residential, institutional and commercial construction projects with familiarity in roofing, waterproofing, stucco, siding, windows, sealants, and other building envelope areas
- Current driver's license and reliable transportation
