Job Summary
Perform detailed inspections, installations, and building repairs using standard knowledge of trade-specific techniques; utilize tools and equipment to complete installation and repair tasks; coordinate with trade-specific systems for specialized assignments; collect, analyze, and interpret data on machine operation to minimize risk and improve performance; conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment and systems; assess resources, supplies, and staffing needs to complete tasks; perform demolition of building elements and site cleanup; maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction practices and safety procedures; handle related duties as essential functions under the ADA.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of technical experience
- Must be able to carry 60 lbs
- Valid NY State driver’s license
