Construction Materials Testing Technician, Level III

Job Summary
Perform advanced tests on soils, concrete, asphalt and other construction materials in field or laboratory, analyze data, and develop testing plans. Transport samples to the laboratory, identify materials samples, mentor and train less experienced technicians, and assist with documentation to quality managers. Maintain a clean work area, support field/lab personnel, and adhere to safety and quality policies; position requires lifting up to 60 lbs and outdoor work, with experience in NICET and ACI certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- 2 years of positive performance evaluations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- NICET Level II or higher
- ACI Grade I or higher
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office programs
- Capacity to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- High aptitude for math
