Job Summary
Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Project Manager overseeing traditional materials testing and related inspections; responsibilities include client communication, project staffing, scope/fee negotiation, proposals, reporting, mentoring junior staff, and coordinating with Senior PM/Group Leader to ensure quality, profitability, and on-time delivery for multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering
- Ideal candidates will have at least 10 years of experience in the construction materials testing field and at least 5 years managing CMT projects
- Ideal candidates will have a professional engineer license in the Commonwealth of Virginia or the ability to receive this licensure within 6 months of hire date
