Job Summary

Manage construction materials testing projects by reviewing daily field reports, resolving issues, and coordinating project execution, budgeting, invoicing, and change orders. Perform or assist with laboratory testing for soils, foundations, reinforced concrete, masonry, structural steel, fireproofing, and asphalt. Prepare proposals and project documentation while communicating with project teams, contractors, and field personnel. Assist with training and coordination of field staff on assigned projects. This role supports the Frederick field services team, offering a unique opportunity to advance technical and project management skills within a leader in geotechnical and construction materials consulting.

Required Qualifications

0 years of related experience
Bachelor of Science in any of the multi-disciplined Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering and Management, Materials Science Engineering, Architectural Engineering, and Geology
If driving for or on behalf of any ECS subsidiary, a valid driver's license is required
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented work ethic
Ability to work effectively in teams and independently
Limited knowledge of CMT principles and applications
Limited knowledge of ASTM standards and testing procedures
Developing project management and organizational skills
Basic understanding of construction processes and materials behavior
