Job Summary
Construction Materials Project Manager will lead and mentor project teams to manage construction materials projects in Dallas/Fort Worth, perform routine to complex inspections and testing of construction materials in the field, review test data and daily reports, track budgets and prepare invoices, coordinate with suppliers and vendors for compliant materials, prepare proposals, manage schedules and resources, oversee laboratory and field QA/QC, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards while collaborating with engineers and contractors to optimize project outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing construction materials projects or related roles
- Ability to read and comprehend plans and specifications
- Experience performing ICC Special Investigations
- Strong knowledge of construction materials testing methods, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving history
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Certifications: ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician, ICC, NICET (Level II preferred), EIT or PE a plus
