Construction Mason

Join Back to Nature Home and Garden as Masonry Crew Member in the Construction department. The Masonry Crew Member is responsible for constructing and repairing masonry and concrete features, including retaining walls, patios, walkways, pools, and other hardscape elements. Works closely with the Foreman and Project Manager to deliver high-quality, durable structures while maintaining safety and efficiency on job sites. Builds with bricks, stone, and concrete blocks; reads and follows construction plans and project specifications; prepares and places mortar, grout, and concrete; forms concrete, seals surfaces, and restores surfaces as needed; adheres to safety procedures; performs other duties as assigned. Pay range: $20/hr - $25/hr (annualized $41,600 - $52,000). Required: minimum 3 years masonry/construction experience, ability to read plans, strong math/geometry, valid driver’s license, high school diploma or equivalent, ability to lift 50+ lbs, team-oriented, reliable transportation.
