Job Summary
Lead on a wide range of residential and regeneration construction projects from planning through delivery, managing design teams and main contractors, developing project plans and schedules, ensuring compliance with planning conditions, and coordinating with stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes across the life-cycle. The role requires a degree-level qualification in construction/development, 5+ years of construction management experience, strong commercial and relationship-management skills, and knowledge of Irish planning, procurement, and development processes. The position operates within a hybrid working structure on large-scale projects across the Cork area.
Required Qualifications
