Job Summary
Construction Manager responsible for overseeing all reconstruction projects after property damage caused by water, fire, mold, or other disasters. Leads projects from mitigation handoff through final completion, ensuring quality workmanship, schedule adherence, budget control, and exceptional customer service. Collaborates with mitigation teams, subcontractors, insurance partners, and property owners to deliver projects efficiently and to company standards. Key activities include managing scope, budgets, and schedules; coordinating subcontractors and vendors; ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety regulations; communicating with homeowners, property managers, adjusters, and internal teams; monitoring timelines and profitability; conducting site inspections; obtaining permits and coordinating inspections; maintaining project documentation; and supporting on-call or emergency response. Requirements include 5+ years of management experience in construction, proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong organizational and time-management skills, self-motivation, and bilingual capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS required or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of management experience within the construction industry
- Bilingual
