Job Summary
Coordinate with EPC partners, contractors, and vendors to support the construction team in delivering commercial-scale solar projects on-time and on-budget. Track project schedules, budgets, and key milestones while identifying risks and escalating issues that could impact timelines, costs, or quality. Maintain organized project documentation and reporting across stakeholders, and participate in site visits and construction meetings to support on-the-ground execution. Collaborate cross-functionally with Project Development, Engineering, Asset Management, and Account Management teams to ensure alignment. Assist in improving internal processes and tools that drive efficiency and scalability.
Required Qualifications
- Currently live in the Northeast (MD to MA)
- Ability to travel regularly to active construction sites
- 1–2+ years of managing projects
- Solid foundation of career experience from a previous internship, part time, or full time role
- Comfortable managing multiple projects concurrently
- Meticulous and take a zero-defect approach to problem solving and deliverables
- Ready to get your feet wet and learn all about how the solar development and construction world works
