Job Summary
Lead on-site delivery of construction management services for water and wastewater treatment projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, managing a team of CM professionals and contractors. Implement schedule, cost, and quality controls while enforcing contract documents and developing safety cultures. Actively manage project meetings, monitor budget and progress, and report status to clients and stakeholders. Demonstrate risk mitigation practices and oversee start-up and commissioning plans. Maintain electronic document control systems and utilize PMIS and CMIS software. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years of experience, and proficiency in P6 scheduling.

- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Valid US Driver's License
- Must attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment
Desired Qualifications
- Ten years of progressively challenging experience on major construction projects performing Construction Management
- Construction management experience working on water and/or wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, storage facilities, and conveyance pipelines
- Construction Management experience on projects valued at $50M and greater
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computers to prepare reports using Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proven excellent working knowledge of construction scheduling including experience with P6
- Experience in Project Management Information System (PMIS) and Construction Management Information System (CMIS) software applications and processes
- Familiarity and/or experience in Alternative Delivery, including CMAR or Design-Build delivery models
- Demonstrated highly effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proven as excellent leader with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Experience working in/for municipal agencies or utility infrastructure organizations
