Construction Manager

Construction Manager at Vopak in St. Charles, LA responsible for Capex project planning, front-end loading, contracting strategy, and project controls for multiple small-capex projects (typically $1M and under). Owns the site’s Capex plan, budget management, safety and quality oversight, contractor management, documentation and drawings management, and collaboration with operations. Requires 5+ years of project planning/execution experience, 2+ years in an industrial setting with tank maintenance, piping, and instrumentation & electrical work preferred, and strong communication, problem analysis, planning, and change-management skills. The role involves a 50/50 field and office split, with potential travel and exposure to industrial environments, and includes working in compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
