Job Summary
Conduct on-site construction management, quality assurance, and contract administration for awarded projects at Luke AFB. Manage change requests, review submittals and shop drawings, and coordinate inspection testing schedules. Ensure work meets Air Force standards while overseeing contractor quality control and recommending progress payments. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, facilitate project meetings, and brief senior leadership. Contingent upon award. Requires Bachelor's degree in engineering with five years of construction management experience or ten years of commercial inspection, proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, and U.S. citizenship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 5 years of construction management experience
- 10 years of commercial construction inspection
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2024
- Proficiency in Revit
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
